As part of my studies, I worked on a non-fiction project as a follow-up

to expand on a previous story I wrote on the Cat Action Team,

consisting of a story, a video and a photo gallery. Enjoy!

Lori Burnell talks about how she helps the kittens of feral cats in P.E.I., the challenges that come with it and the help she receives from others for her work.

Lori Burnell looks after a litter of kittens under her care, found near her home in Summerside, P.E.I. where she also runs her charity Keeping Cats Homed. she works a full-time job while also looking after kittens. The work is demanding, but Burnell says her passion keeps her going. All photos by Blaine Auld.
